    Wednesdays at DFF
    7:00-8:45 pm

In May 2000, Venerable Chodron began a new commentary on Atisha's "Jewel Mala", a text containing 113 lines of advice on the Mahayana practice of thought transformation, a practice that transforms anger and attachment and all types of suffering, allowing us to make each and every moment of our lives meaningful and peaceful. A good class for beginners as well as long-time practitioners.

Read the "Jewel Mala" text.

Read Geshe Yeshe Tobden's commentary on the Jewel Mala, given while visiting DFF in November 1997.
