Wednesdays this fall:

Thought Transformation
and the Shakyamuni Buddha meditation practice

Detailed schedule for this class

Join us this fall to study the practice of thought transformation, based on the text Becoming a Child of the Buddhas, by Gomo Tulku.

Gomo Tulku's newly published text is a commentary on the 12th century text "The Root Verses of Seven Point Mind Training" by Geshe Chekawa. This lojong — "thought transformation" — text which will complement our study of "The Jewel Mala" with Venerable Chodron which is also a thought transformation. Gomo Tulku's commentary is elegant and insightful and should provoke lots of great discussion!
