Wednesdays this fall:
Thought Transformation
and the Shakyamuni Buddha meditation practice
Join us this fall to study the practice of thought transformation, based on the text Becoming a Child of the Buddhas, by Gomo Tulku.
Gomo Tulku's newly published text is a commentary on the 12th century text "The Root Verses of Seven Point Mind Training" by Geshe Chekawa. This lojong "thought transformation" text which will complement our study of "The Jewel Mala" with Venerable Chodron which is also a thought transformation. Gomo Tulku's commentary is elegant and insightful and should provoke lots of great discussion!
