Dharma Cookbook: Recipes Wanted!
...and help DFF build a bigger home

We are looking for delicious and beneficial vegetarian or vegan recipes for our upcoming Dharma cookbook. This cookbook will help us to generate funds for a larger center, which will better accommodate DFF's growing number of practitioners.

In addition to recipes, the cookbook will highlight meditations on "taking and giving" and "dependent arising." It will also include prayers and meditations to help us transform ordinary activities into Dharma by investigating and changing our motivation.

It is our aspiration to create a cookbook of healthful recipes and meditations which nourish our bodies and feed our minds, while spreading the Dharma in a format that can be shared with people of all traditions.

Please e-mail Susan Westover to contribute your recipes and suggestions. For more information, visit dharmafriendship.org and ThubtenChodron.org
